Klára Follová

Klara has studied in the Production department of Film & TV School at the Academy of Performing Arts and has also completed Media Studies at Faculty of Social Sciences in Charles University, both in Prague, Czech Republic, gaining two master degrees. Her career is connected with the largest media conglomerate Czech TV Nova and CME. She was involved in TV management in the biggest TV stations in a number of European countries, where she was responsible for prime time programs. As an Executive Producer she established several successful (#1 in ratings) TV programs. For example Kriminálka Andel, which is a Czech answer to the popularity of CSI series or Czech version of legendary game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Among others she also worked on the most popular Czech sitcom of all times Comeback. She also produced live broadcasting, TV magazines, TV commercials and number of Czech and foreign short movies. She also worked in Romania, where she oversaw local production in PRO TV (#1 TV station in Romania). She held a position of Head of Development in Dawson Productions managing the development department with the main emphasis on developing feature movies with international co-production strategy. Klara has experience with managing festival productions. She has been involved with International Film Festival - Karlovy Vary, FAMUfest Festival and Prague Fashion Week.
