Published author of Branson's Country, Kane's Hundred, Raising Kane,
Kane : man of war, Kane Rising, Weapon of Choice, Sons of the Father
and Rules to Die by. Janette Anderson was born in Sutton Coldfield in
England. Graduating from college with a degree in Communications,
Janette became a journalist, interviewing over 500 stars, while working
for such publications as Photoplay, Starburst, Video Today and Video
Now and Today Newspaper in England. She worked her way through the
ranks until she became assistant editor for TV Scene, and then moved to
the position of Editor for Trail Dust Magazine. After moving to the
States some 25 years ago, Janette hosted several shows for PBS
television in Virginia, before finally moving to California 10 years
back, where she hosted parties for Tom Selleck and Sam Elliott. Janette
Anderson started her talent agency a little over ten years ago. It was
a natural progression from journalist to agent with a gap in between as
a small production company. Then followed WGA signatory status finally
ending with Janette Anderson Entertainment. Her first novel, Branson's
Country was published in August 2004. Kane's Hundred was published in
2009, as was Raising Kane. 2010 saw the fourth in the Branson series,
Kane: man of war. Kane Rising: the Siblings of Kane released in 2012,
is the last of the Kane series of books. Sons of the Father, about Los
Angeles mob boss Philip Vega was released in 2013 and followed by a
sequel Rules to Die by 2014. The last in the series of Philip Vega
novels will be completed this year, Dressed to Kill: the power and the
glory.
