Mini Bio (1)

Anthony Falcõn had a rough life and upbringing. Growing up in the ghettos of the bay area, Falcõn persevered through by keeping his head in the arts, and being the first in his family to graduate college. He earned a BA in Communications with an emphasis on Digital Media, and spent two years in the United States Army as a fast tracking Mechanized Infantry Man.

Knowing he would break into the film scene, but unsure on how, Falcõn started with a small short called "2 Minutes and 25 Seconds," which quickly got festival play with his gritty raw style at the Chicago Horror Festival and finally ended up on the IFC channel. Following it up, Falcon created half a dozen short films, which played at numerous festival across the country, including by not limited to: New York Short Short Festival and the D.N.A. Film Festival. A few of his shorts went on to earn DVD distribution. Falcõn also garnered him status in the independent community by achieving the Top 250 Directors in the Matt Damon/Ben Affleck "Project Greenlight," and reaching the Top 20 directors when he was invited down to the final interviews for FOX's new film series, "On The Lot."

Shortly after, Falcõn created his first feature film, "99 Pieces." Maxing out the credit cards, Falcõn, for the small sum of 15,000, created a thriller that received massive press across the country by Fangoria Magazine, Arrow in the Head, and Bloody Disgusting, just to name a few. The film ended up taking home 10 Official Selections, 6 Award Nominations, and DVD distribution with Vanguard Cinemas.

Over the past decade, Falcon's raw style lead to him creating 6 shorts, 2 features, 4 Internet series pilots, 30 episodes of a web series, and numerous music videos. In 2012, Falcon left the independent world behind to team up with Anders Media. Anders Media, most well known for the music behind such hit projects as FOX's "Glee," and the Grammy nominated feature film, "Rock of Ages," hired Falcon as the main force behind the company's video content for their music artist, and also as the head of development for their TV and Film projects.

Falcon currently has numerous film, TV, and web projects at Anders Media in development with WME.
