Rebecca Hill Casey

- Stunts
Rebecca Hill Casey discovered acting later than most. After graduating from Brown University with a degree in mathematical economics, she jumped through a few phases of what she wants to be when she grows up (what she casually thinks of as "a few," some might call "several").
Having been a gymnast at Brown years before, she was tumbling for fun at a gymnastics gym when she ran across a few people who were falling off the highest surfaces they could find. Intentionally. "That looks really fun but...what in the world?" Turns out she'd found her tribe-stunt people, who understand that flying through the air is good for the soul. She'd found what she wants to be when she grows up. She eventually got her first stunt job and looks forward to the day she can pay it forward in some way.
Rebecca took her first acting class as a way to become a more seamless stunt performer down the road. Then, surprising even herself, she dove-and-rolled-and-fell-in-love with the acting. For the first time, this was something she didn't think of as a phase. And after her first job, she realized THIS is what people talk about-those who say if they won the lottery, they'd keep doing exactly what they're doing.
She's quick to share the most powerful-yet-simple guidance to have reached her ears: Follow your heart. Take your brain with you.
