The Good Wife” spinoff began as newly retired Diane lost her savings in a Ponzi scheme and was forced to rebuild her law career at Reddick, Boseman, & Kolstad. She got back up after getting knocked down, but the experience — as well as the current political situation — has left her insecure and uneasy, as a new trailer reveals.

“I don’t know what’s going on in the world anymore. It’s not just bad, it’s insane,” Diane remarks. The fact that several Chicago lawyers have been killed by disgruntled clients isn’t helping matters, either. “It feels like death is everywhere,” she says.

'The Good Fight' Goes to Fox Networks Group in Germany

21st Century Fox's Fox Networks Group has secured the rights to The Good Fight in Germany in a deal with CBS Studios International.

Starting Nov. 7, Fox will air the first season of the hit drama Tuesdays at 9 p.m.

Erica Tazel is leaving the CBS All Access legal drama as a series regular, according to The Hollywood Reporter, ahead of the Good Wife spinoff’s second season, set to debut next year.
