Carolyn Carpenter began acting in theatre productions at the age of ten
in her hometown of Chicago, Illinois. She received her BFA from The
Theatre School of DePaul University (formerly the Goodman School of
Drama) and is pursuing her dream of becoming an actress and producer.
Carolyn broke into the film scene acting an award-winning short film
titled "Pyhrric Victory". From there, Carolyn was hooked and shifted
her focus from theatre to a career in film. Carolyn teamed up
with actor/producer Reyn Mercuri to form the production company 5
Talent Entertainment. As a producer for 5 Talent Entertainment, she has
produced and starred in the award-winning films "Evenings Under the
Influence," "Sons of God" and "Guardian's Whisper" as well as two pilot
television shows and a web series. "Recruited." Carolyn continues to pursue her
acting and producing career. Carolyn lives in Los Angeles.
