Photographer Refuses To Sue Federline
A photographer who claims Kevin Federline's bodyguard pushed her camera into her face over the weekend insists she won't file charges because she doesn't believe the aspiring rapper meant to cause her any harm. Britney Spears' husband was in Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Tao restaurant and nightclub on Friday night, when the incident occurred. Federline and his entourage were leaving the party when they were asked by a photographer if they could take photos. A member of Federline's party walked up to photographer Jill Ann Spaulding and said, "Oh no you don't!" The bodyguard the put his hand on the front of the camera and pushed it back into Spaulding's face. Entertainment website Tmz.com spoke with Spaulding on Tuesday, who said she was suffering from a tender nose and face, but is otherwise all right. Spaulding said she didn't want to make a big deal of the incident and won't be filing any charges because she has photographed Federline and other celebrities in the past without any problems. Spaulding did add that an apology from the Federline and his bodyguard wouldn't be out of the question.
