Rain spends much of his personal time exploring the world as an Aviator, Treasure Hunter, Antique and Antiquity Collector, Outdoorsman, enthralling International Golfer and well traveled Fly-Fisherman when he is not working as a Creative Writer, Producer, Director, Actor and Hosting his own art shows around the world. His art has caught the eye of some of the biggest names in Entertainment, Professional Sports, Music and Tech featuring an extraordinary one of kind unique art packaging presentation of his paintings.
Rain plays several musical instruments including the piano and guitar while also performing as astonishing singer/songwriter.
He served as the Editor-In-Chief of Media Inc. Magazine while covering International Film Festivals as an Award Winning Journalist while establishing himself as a creative force in front of and behind the camera. His publication sponsored the Whistler Film Festival for several years and spoke on the executive panel supporting The Women In The Directors Chair (WIDC) of Canada and the festivals unique Indigenous people filmmaker program.
One of Rains most passionate pursuits is creating family friendly entertainment and music primarily focusing on the encouragement of children to actively and passionately pursue the arts, theater and music. His own multi-act plays, performances and theatrical productions dawning several characters and an explosive spectrum of implausible voice accents with unabashed yet tasteful humorous content has captivated young minds and hearts throughout his life as an entertainer.
Rain has been among the first generation Indy film journalists to feature cover stories and primary editorials on Women in Film long before it became a global movement. His Award Winning cover story "Top Women of Creative Influence" in the world of independent filmmaking gained him International recognition for his fierce and vocal advocacy for Woman's equal pay and representation. He continues to actively support the advancement of Woman, Multi-Cultural and disabled Performers, Producers, Directors and Crew throughout the global industry.
As a professional creator and production mastermind, Rain has helped artists from around the world to bring their creative ambitions to life on paper and help them see it through the screen. He has taught film production, screenwriting, producing seminars, director showcases/workshops, film finance and film marketing/distribution symposiums at the top film festivals and markets in the world.
