Miro Laiho is a director, producer and writer. His newest credits include theatrical feature films "Vuosisadan häät" (2021, line producer), and Jussi (Finnish Oscars) -nominated film "Täydellinen joulu" (2019, production manager, best picture nomination), which was third in Finland's box office in 2019. He has recently written, directed and produced his feature film debut "Redeemers" (currently in post production). He has also line produced a television series "DikDek" (2021) for broadcast TV (MTV), and written, directed and produced an adult animation web series "Kallion eläimet" for Yle (2019-2020).
Additionally, Miro has directed and produced dozens of short films, commercials and music videos, including three award-winning short films and two Emma (Finnish "Grammy") nominated music videos, from which one is the most viewed video in Finland in 2015.
Miro has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Media in TAMK School of Art and Media and a Specialist Qualification in Business Management with a focus on internationalization. In 2012 Miro founded Time Films, a production company focusing on emotional storytelling.
