Kenny Chesney, Flo Rida, Joan Jett Set for 2019 Tortuga Music Festival
Kenny Chesney, Thomas Rhett and Jason Aldean will headline the three-day 2019 Tortuga Music Festival. The annual beachside event, which launched in 2013, is set for April 12 through 13th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Officially titled Rock the Ocean’s Tortuga Music Festival, the concert doubles as a conservation effort for the world’s oceans and marine life and hosts a special educational and interactive “conservation village.”

The draw, though, is the traditionally diverse lineup, one that strays far from any country boundaries. This year, that includes Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

Zhu Joins Bone Thugs-n-Harmony On Sahara Tent Set At Coachella Weekend 1

If you ask yourself which Edm artists are most likely to survive the Edm apocalypse that’s on our scene’s forecast this year – and you’re honest with yourself – chances are Zhu will come to mind. His heavily instrumental, genres-be-damned fusion between hip-hop and house music somehow boldly defies the status quo while retaining uncanny mass appeal. Case in point: His Coachella Weekend 1 2016 performance.

A producer whose shadowy marketing mystique lends itself to his enigmatic blend of styles, Zhu kicked off his Neon City tour with a set at Coachella’s Sahara Tent this weekend that carries the listener on a seamless journey. In addition to fan favorites like “Faded” and his Skrillex collaboration, “Working For It,” the mix really picks up steam when ’90s rap group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Trombone Shorty came onstage to assist in his performance of “Hold Up, Wait A Minute.”

Fortunately for those who

When adapting beloved material held to sky-high standards such as Charles Schulz’s Peanuts comic strips to life on the silver screen, undoubtedly the most crucial aspect for success is keeping the look and style as similar as possible, even in the face of modern technology. This has of course been accomplished numerous times with various specials, but never before has the gang ventured out of hand-drawn territory.

The situation closely resembles the 2014 video game South Park: The Stick of Truth,

Zhu Teases Bone Thugs-n-Harmony Collaboration

Cryptic DJ/producer Zhu has released the tracks of his Genesis Series at a rapid-fire rate. He kicked things off with his widely celebrated AlunaGeorge collaboration shortly before releasing “As Crazy As It Is” alongside A-Trak and Keznamdi, and now he continues the series with his highly anticipated Bone Thugs-n-Harmony joint effort.

“Testarossa Music” is an upbeat and difficult-to-categorize piece of music that features vocals by the hip-hop quintet as well as instrumentals by jazz instrumentalist Trombone Shorty. An arachnoid bass line contributed by the producer himself underscores the whole of the production, which cuts off shortly before the 1:40 mark in this preview version.

Now that Zhu’s Bone Thugs collaboration is out of the way, the only names left on the grid in the background of the website for his Genesis Series are Skrillex and V7ncouver – if the latter is indeed an actual artist. Regardless, it will
