Harry was born and bought up in Leeds. She originally trained as an actor. Her first short film 'Nits' was BAFTA nominated, selected for Cannes and winner of London Film Festival. Her subsequent short 'Trip' premiered at Berlin and was selected for over 25 international film festivals.
