Claude Lanzmann interviewed Abba Kovner in Sept. 1979 for his Shoah (1985) project. Lanzmann later decided to focus his epic documentary film only on the dead, not on Jewish resistance, therefore this interesting interview did not appear in the final film. Today it is available online as part of the 'Claude Lanzmann Shoah Collection' in the 'Steven Spielberg Film and Video Archive'.
