Konstantinos Doxiadis is a Greek writer and director based in London. He studied philosophy at the University of Cambridge, where he founded and edited the literary magazine, La Piccioletta Barca. After spending a few years of writing and editing for literary magazines (Asymptote, Harvard Review, International Poetry Review, Athens Voice), he decided to make the transition to screenwriting and directing.
In early 2023, he wrote and directed his first short film, Still Life (UK), which held its US premiere at the LA Indie Film Festival. It is on its festival circuit in Europe and the UK, and was most recently a finalist at the Lancaster International Film Festival.
Morphes is his second short, and was shot in Athens in late 2023. His third short, Aubade, is in pre-production, and his debut feature, Samothrace, is in development.
