Camille Barbone is an entrepreneur, consultant, teacher and coach best known for her work in the Entertainment/Media Industry and also as the person who discovered, developed, launched and managed the career of super-icon, Madonna. She coaches and consults to all types of individuals, businesses, executives, professionals and members of the business and Arts community. She is an expert and specialist in marketing, project management, sponsorship, music publishing, licensing and business operations.
Her diverse work experience includes positions at Columbia/Sony and Universal/Polygram where she coordinated the activities of 28 different departments integral to operations and the release of a huge roster of super-stars such as Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Pink Floyd, The Bee Gees, Barbra Streisand, Bob Dylan and more. At Buddha/Arista, Camille specialized in Artist & Repertoire and it was at this point that she began her entrepreneurial career that spans almost three decades. She has served as head of Operations for businesses such as Open Door Online, one of the first music retailers to sell music via the Internet and Choices Women's Medical Center, a clinic dedicated to providing quality healthcare to underserved women and girls in the Tri-State area. She was VP of Artist Relations and later VP and General Manager for Aezra EMI Records, VP and General Manager of Winedark-Fontana Records and President and CEO of Stadium Entertainment Holdings working with artists such as Sevendust, Kanye West, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg, Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum Blake Shelton, Keith Urban and more.
Camille owned and operated Gotham Sound in NYC and Long View Farm Recording in Massachusetts serving major recording artists such as Aerosmith, The Rolling Stones, Collective Soul and more. Camille has consulted to individuals from and major companies such as Sony, American Express, Town Realty, Corcoran Real Estate, Warner Chappel Publishing, Universal, Warner, Peer Southern, SESAC, F3 Technologies, NYCRN, Choices Women's Medical Center and more.
She has produced and promoted major concerts such as the Gospel segment of Woodstock 94, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, the American Express Songmasters Series in New York City, Oz fest and more. She has created, organized and produced special events and promotions for companies such as Dunkin Donuts, Jaguar Motor Cars, The Negro League Baseball Museum, BASF and more.
Camille holds a degree in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing. Her degrees coupled with extensive business experience form the foundation of a transactional coaching and consulting model. Camille has taught at Baruch College/CUNY where she launched its Entertainment Marketing Department and Internship Program. She also taught at The Institute of Audio Research (IAR) in New York City and Raritan Valley College in NJ. She has created curriculum and testing parameters for Boundless Learning, an online college level text book publisher based in Boston, MA.

She was a main character, played by Wendie Malick, in the Madonna bio-pic produced by Fox.
