Barbara Saxberg

Barbara Saxberg is a mature actor who returned to the entertainment industry after a 25-year career with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation as an award-winning producer, editor, host & presenter. She has since booked principal and lead roles in both feature length and short films, and has made several appearances on stage. She is known for bringing intelligence, maturity, creativity, compassion, and general good nature to all her work. But more than that, she brings a spark and strength of spirit that draws audiences in. On a personal note: Barbara divides her time between Toronto, Canada and a little house in the bush in Northwestern Ontario. Two children, three step kids, and eight grandchildren bring her constant joy and help keep her young. And she's grateful to have found a life partner who makes her laugh every day and lets her know she is loved.
