Biography

Ibrahim Lathini Kadir (Muhammad Ibrahim L. Kadir), also known as Ibam, was born in Jakarta. He is an activist in the fields of arts, photography, and film, with a passion for poetry. Ibam studied at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) and later pursued film at Citra Film School, Class XLVIII - 2006.

Ibam is actively involved in film appreciation and development through the Swara Renjana Art and Culture Group (KSB-SR) and the Association of Indonesian Television and Film Experts (PATFI). He serves as the Public Relations of the Indonesian Film Artists Association (PB-PARFI) for 2020-2025 and is a member of the Art Coalition (Koalisi Seni). In 2021, he produced the short film Saat with Ungke Kaumbur and Frans Agam Hasibuan.

Ibam began his career in 2001 as a music video director and producer, later expanding into independent films as a producer and actor. He also worked as a video editor at El-John TV and continues to create experimental films, company profiles, public service announcements, and music videos. He is also an active speaker at film forums.
