- Belindalee Hope is film producer known for 'Joika', a feature film based on the real life story of Prima Ballerina Joy Womack, starring Talia Ryder and Diane Kruger. Joika premiered internationally on closing night at Deauville American Film Festival in France and in the US at PSIFF, where audiences voted it as one of the 'Best of Fest' films.
She produced 'Royd Tolkien's There's a Hole in my Bucket' a documentary feature, and a number of short films including Everybody Else is Taken' which premiered at NYICFF, won the Youth Jury Award at Palm Springs ShortFest and the best narrative short fiction at Barcelona IFF. Belindalee was also Co-producer on 'Shadow in the Cloud' starring Chloë Grace Moretz and which premiered at TIFF. Belindalee is producing her first TV series 'Madam' starring Rachel Griffiths and due for release in 2024.
Belindalee line produced Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement's cult feature film 'What We Do in the Shadows', the re-boot of a kiwi classic 'Pork Pie' and the totally twisted 'Guns Akimbo' starring Daniel Radcliffe and Samara Weaving. Her film roots go deep into middle earth, as a Production Manager on Peter Jackson's 'The Lord of the Rings' film trilogies and then again on 'The Hobbit' sequels, as the production manager of the 2nd unit with Director Andy Serkis.
