Multi-award winning composer, Alyssa Burns specializes in custom film and audio drama scoring. Alyssa initiated her composing career as a classical concert composer before switching to film scoring, where she utilizes her advanced music theory knowledge towards developing detailed custom music that enhances the narrative. She is adept at writing for solo piano all the way to the full orchestra. Her instrumental background is in piano and cello. Alyssa was mentored under Hollywood film composer Anne-Kathrin Dern through the Hollywood Music Workshop Film Scoring Summer Academy. She plays within the cello section of her local orchestra.
