Danial Ghelichpour is an Iranian art director, editor and actor who was born in 1996. He started his career in 2014 along with studying architecture.
Danial won his first international award in 2019 for acting in the "Alone" short film, in which he performed as a boy in a wheelchair going on a romantic date.
In 2020 he received his next international award for editing the film "Trigger" about corona virus. In the following year, Danial obtained his third award for art directing and acting in the film "Scar" about domestic violence.
Danial's minimal and nonverbal attitude towards filmmaking resulted in producing films that are engageable for everyone, especially deaf people.
His most recent project called "Hands" is a silent short film series about social concerns which is animated and edited by Danial. This series was officially selected in World Health Organization (WHO) film festival "Health For All" 2023
