At age 9, Paul was performing in the renowned Old
Globe Theatre and continued acting throughout his childhood. At the
early of 18, he began a successful career as a stand-up comedian,
performing with comedians such as Robin Williams, Margaret Cho and
Richard Belzer. A graduate of San Francisco State University Cinema and
Theatre, Paul has acted in numerous films, commercials, and TV shows
including the mini-series "Children of Dune." His voice over campaigns
include; T-Mobile, Orbit, and Bacardi. His work in the theater extends
to both America and Europe. Notable roles include the west coast
premiere of Brad Frasier's critically acclaimed "Poor Superman." Paul
created the long-running sketch comedy show "Channel Surfing", which
has headlined numerous festivals including the "Prague Fringe." In addition
to "Channel Surfing", he has also produced several feature films and
the hidden camera show "Public Prank." As a playwright, his plays have
been seen in the US and in Europe. The theater spoof, "Hot Dog",
received numerous critics picks; "Hilarious, ridiculous, perfect!"
Prague Post. Paul's comedic style varies from the dry wit of Chevy
Chase to the over the top antics of Jim Carrey. Not limited to comedy,
his dramatic performances contain a unique vulnerability and
originality. A recent cancer survivor, Paul works with the BMCF.net to
raise money for others going through the struggle. Paul is working on
several projects.
