Minerva Salles
Minerva Salles is the Founder and CEO of OMG Creative Solutions, a digital media company that helps, guides, and supports the delivery of corporate messages by helping senior managers become more confident speakers and guiding companies to deliver their brand message through digital media.
Before starting OMG, Minerva worked as an independent producer and on-air contributor for ABC's digital cable channel, ABC News Now. Her ability to multi-task and communicate effectively earned her a coveted position within the ABC News Division.
She worked as a multimedia specialist for the award-winning ABCNews.com website, where she developed audiovisual news packages for distinguished ABC News TV programs, such as World News Tonight, Nightline, World News Now, and Good Morning America.
She has moderated panel discussions and was commissioned to be Master of Ceremonies at corporate events due to her talents and skills as an effective public speaker. As a TV journalist, she wrote, produced, and presented programs on Amazon Prime Video about business innovation, cultural awareness, and social impact.
She is a former Membership Chair for Rotary International and an inspirational speaker on women's empowerment, cultural awareness, and sustainability. Last year, she received the "Rising Star" Award for her dedicated contributions to community service from the Rotary Club of Coral Gables. This year, she is a finalist in the Equitable Advisors Businesswomen of the Year Awards.
She was featured in Ejecutiva, a national magazine, for her work with her digital media company, and she was selected for the Comcast NBCUniversal media program for innovative entrepreneurs.
Minerva received her bachelor's degree in communications from Seton Hall University. She is pursuing an MPA in Management and Innovation at Columbia University. Minerva is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
