Mahesh Mahadev, is an International award winning Indian Film Score Composer, Songwriter, Independent Artist, Singer, Lyricist, Multi-Artist and Director. A gifted musician well-versed in Carnatic, Hindustani, and Western Music he has made significant contributions through his numerous original music scores and soundtracks to the music industry across multiple languages in more than 15 Indian and foreign languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Sanskrit, Marathi, Gujarati, Braj, Rajasthani, Malayalam, English, Tibetan, Japanese and others. As a lyricist, he has also written several lyrics for independent songs and movies in Sanskrit, Kannada and other languages.
In Indian Classical Music, as a Raga creator and Vaggeyakara, Mahesh Mahadev has contributed significantly to the world of music inventing over 50 new Indian Classical Ragas in Carnatic and Hindustani Classical music composing numerous Varnams, Krithis, Tillanas, Viruttams, Bandishes, Abhangs and Bhajans. He has also composed music in various rare ragas, also used complex rhythm and swara patterns.
He has been bestowed with the global honour ISSA 2024 International Music Award from International Singer Songwriters Association, Atlanta, USA for International Best Male Album of the Year.
Mahesh Mahadev was honoured with "Bharat Seva Ratna" National Award by Chetana Foundation, Bengaluru, India, for the year 2024

Mahesh Mahadev has also showcased his vocal talents as a singer in various languages. He is trained in Western Music from Royal Schools of Music, London & Trinity College, London. He is also a Music Educator, Mentor, and Vocal Trainer. Additionally, he has excelled in 3D Animation, Motion & Graphic Designing, Modern Art & Realistic Painting, Signs & Advertising, and Multimedia Industries.
