Taylor Congdon (II)
Taylor Congdon was born in Exton, Pennsylvania to Rene and Richard Congdon. She is known for the TV mini-series "Cannolli's Comeback" and "Hashtag". She also did several commercial and promotions for QVC, one alongside Joan Rivers, under the direction of her mother. She also does regional theatre around the tri-state area.
