Ed's uncle, Specs O'Keefe was one of the actual robbers in "The Brink's Robbery" Jan 1950 that was the largest cash robbery in the US at the time,until the Plymouth Mail heist in 1962 and which the movie "The Brinks Job" was loosely based.
