Born in Buenos Aires in 1974. After film school and some tv experience, his film career started in the camera department as an assistant in a wide variety of projects. A few years later starts to work as cinematographer with a deep root in the independent films but also exploring the documentary, tv series and music videos.
Has worked with many of the finest directors in Argentina like Israel Adrian Caetano in Bolivia, Cronica de una Fuga, Francia; Carlos Sorín for La Ventana, El Gato Desaparece, Dias de Pesca; Pablo Trapero for Carancho, El Clan and Pablo Fendrik in La Sangre Brota and El Ardor, as well as some of the most promising directors of the new generation like Alejandro Fadel in Los Salvajes.
His films have been selected for festivals such as Cannes, San Sebastian, Toronto and Venice. Had several nominations and received the ADF Award 2006 for Crónica de una Fuga and BAFICI 2012 Best Cinematography for Los Salvajes, this film was also selected to compete in Camerimage 2012.
