Alayna Cole

Alayna Cole is the diversity, equity, and inclusion manager at Sledgehammer Games and has previously worked on Call of Duty as a producer. She is the founding director of Represent Me, and co-wrote 'Cooperative Gaming: Diversity in the Games Industry and How to Cultivate Inclusion' and 'Games as Texts: A Practical Application of Textual Analysis to Games". Alayna holds a doctorate of creative arts and her research has a particular research focus on LGBTQ+ representation.
