Hilarie Burton Remembers Crying in Her Trailer Over One Tree Hill Sex Scene
Hilarie Burton continues to open up about her experience on the One Tree Hill set. As she remembers, the particular moment required Peyton to plant kisses "all the way down his body" before taking off Lucas' belt. Watching the show back, Hilarie said she thought it was enough for their characters to just "open-mouth kiss," but she felt like she "couldn't question it" and went...

One Tree Hill: Every Peyton Sawyer Love Interest, Ranked

One Tree Hill: Every Peyton Sawyer Love Interest, Ranked
Hilarie Burton's Peyton Sawyer went through the toughest journey of any other character during her six seasons on One Tree Hill. She never really had her parents around, was stuck in a love triangle between two brothers, and then another love triangle with a Scott brother and her best friend, and nearly lost her life on more than on occasion.

Through it all, Peyton never stopped striving for greatness and doing whatever it took to achieve her dreams and live her life the way her biological and adopted mothers never got to. Peyton's greatest love story was established in the pilot episode of the series, but she had a few other sweet romances that would have been almost as satisfying as her happily ever after -- and some that were incredibly incompatible.

“When I met Jeff, he was like, ‘Oh, I auditioned for that show.’ I’m like, ‘Wait, what?’ My husband, Jeffrey, auditioned for [Craig] Sheffer‘s part,” Burton revealed, confirming he almost played Keith Scott.

“He was like, ‘Yeah, you know, I liked the whole gritty garage guy, that edgy thing.'”

The actress had a hilarious take on the matter:

“Had Jeff shown up in those tight jeans that Sheff was wearing, I would have definitely had kids earlier!”

Burton and Morgan found their way to each other thanks to Morgan's Supernatural costar Jensen Ackles and Burton's One Tree Hill costar Danneel Harris.

Sophia Bush Was in Need of One Tree Hill Nostalgia When Filming Hulu's False Positive

Sophia Bush Was in Need of One Tree Hill Nostalgia When Filming Hulu's False Positive
In our Q&a series Last Call, we get down to the bottom of every last thing with some of our favorite celebs - from the last time they were starstruck to the last song they listened to. This week, Sophia Bush takes our call.

To say Sophia Bush's role as Corgan in Hulu's False Positive is a departure from Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill is an understatement; where Brooke is selfless and kind-hearted, Corgan is selfish and heartless. "What really felt insidious to me about the character I play is that, if you asked her, she'd say that she's a great friend and a great person," Sophia told Popsugar. "This woman just makes my skin crawl. [She's] someone who's almost been poisoned by internalized misogyny and the worst of the gender politics in our society. [Someone who's] been trained to be a good girl and smile through it. It was

Hilarie Burton Reflects on Pete Wentz's Inappropriate One Tree Hill Storyline

Hilarie Burton Reflects on Pete Wentz's Inappropriate One Tree Hill Storyline
Awkward.  One Tree Hill fans: Remember when Pete Wentz guest-starred as himself on three episodes of season three between 2005 and 2006? Well, as Hilarie Burton pointed out in a new interview, it didn't turn out to be so great a role. "Poor Pete. Pete really thought he was just coming on the show to play like, a cool dude," the actress, who famously played Peyton Sawyer from the pilot through to the sixth season, told People. "And the next thing you know, it looks like he's having an affair with a high school girl." "That is forever now on TV," she candidly added. "You don't get to takesie backsie that one." But, as Burton explained, it was...

Sophia Bush Recalls 'Controlling and Manipulative' Behavior She Experienced on One Tree Hill
Sophia Bush is speaking out about her time on One Tree Hill.

During an interview on the Chicks in the Office podcast, the actress said there were many negatives while working on the show.

"We were in our early 20s playing high school kids, but we didn't know anything. We were babies... We felt like little kids," Bush said of her and the others who starred on the series, including Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz, James Lafferty, and Chad Michael Murray.

"When we look back now, we realize how young we were and how naive we were, and how, unfortunately, we didn't get to grow up on a set where people wanted to answer our questions or help us navigate any of the madness of the early aughts."

Bush said that the overall experience was "actually kind of scary and intimidating and confusing."

"It was weird because, in some ways,

The Walking Dead: How “Here’s Negan” Opens the Door for a Saviors Origin Story

The Walking Dead: How “Here’s Negan” Opens the Door for a Saviors Origin Story
While the origin story of The Walking Dead’s antihero former big bad was effectively revealed in Season 10 finale “Here’s Negan,” it noticeably missed most of the comic book miniseries it adapts. Indeed, the episode may have showcased the arc of Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan from philandering former Phys Ed teacher to post-apocalyptic barbed-wire-bat-swinging badass, but his arrival as a covetous cult leader was nowhere to be seen. However, that story might still manifest in the television universe… just not on the main show.

The Walking Dead showrunner Angela Kang essentially eliminated the notion of further Negan flashbacks on the franchise’s imminently ending mothership. In an interview with EW, Kang acknowledges the major alterations and omissions in “Here’s Negan,” notably how it missed the majority of Robert Kirkman’s 16-issue 2016 miniseries of the same name, in which the titular traumatized widower forms the antagonistic survivor group called The Saviors.

‘Walking Dead’ Showrunner Angela Kang On Tonight’s Real Season 10 Ender, The Final Season, Steven Yeun’s Possible Return, & That Negan Smirk

‘Walking Dead’ Showrunner Angela Kang On Tonight’s Real Season 10 Ender, The Final Season, Steven Yeun’s Possible Return, & That Negan Smirk
Spoiler Alert: This post contains details of the real Season 10 finale of The Walking Dead tonight.

“You’re a clown, a cult of personality with no cult,” Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan mocks himself with in tonight’s Season 10 real finale of The Walking Dead. “Time to face the facts old man, you are nothing without her,” The Unholy actor adds in a jab at his own character and the loss that we now know defines him.

At the end of 10th season that was supposed to end in April 2020, but then was pushed to October last year due to the coronavirus pandemic and the halting of all film and television production and then saw another six episodes this year, tonight’s ‘Here’s Negan’ was both a throwback for the series and a lurch forward to the fast approaching 11th and final season.

Based in part on the multi-issue

The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 22 Review: Here's Negan

The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 22 Review: Here's Negan
It's hard to believe that The Walking Dead Season 10 Episode 22 was a bonus episode that was not supposed to exist.

It was a beautifully tragic outing that gave us some insight into how Negan became the Saviors leader, and I think it's fair to say that Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Hilarie Burton Morgan deserve all the awards for their work on "Here's Negan."

I know The Walking Dead isn't the type of show to get much awards love, but it would be a disservice if they weren't at least in contention for some sort of recognition.

The chemistry between the two actors, who are married in real life, did Negan and Lucille justice as they navigated the most harrowing part of their lives, culminating in Lucille's death.

If you watch The Walking Dead online, you know the series has tried to soften Negan up in recent years, but much of

The Walking Dead: Laura Return and Origin Explained

The Walking Dead: Laura Return and Origin Explained
This Walking Dead article contains spoilers.

The Walking Dead season 10 finally came to a close with “Here’s Negan,” an episode based on the comic book storyline of the same name that takes a deep dive into the villain’s past. How did a high school gym teacher become the ruthless leader of the Saviors? The episode answers that question and shows how his villainous turn directly ties into his attempts to save his wife Lucille (Hilarie Burton) from cancer.

In a flashback scene that takes place several years earlier, we watch as Negan goes on a supply run to locate the drugs Lucille desperately needs for her chemotherapy. This leads him to a traveling medical caravan making stops at different locations to help people after the fall of society. Negan knows these medics have the drugs he needs but doesn’t have anything to trade for them so he

‘The Walking Dead': Negan’s Big Decision Could Have Big Consequences

‘The Walking Dead': Negan’s Big Decision Could Have Big Consequences
(This article contains spoilers for season 10, episode 22 of “The Walking Dead,” dubbed “Here’s Negan”)

The last of the pandemic bonus episodes of “The Walking Dead” season 10 is quite a doozy, finally revealing Negan’s origin story in full. The timing on this is interesting, coming as the lead-in to the final season of the show.

There have been numerous allusions over the years to how Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) ended up becoming the despot leader of the Saviors. We knew his wife died early in the zombie apocalypse. We knew that her death affected him so dramatically that he kinda snapped. But while some of that story was in the comics, the show had never really explored it until now.

His wife, Lucille (played Morgan’s real-life wife Hilarie Burton), was diagnosed with cancer shortly before everything went bad. And during her meeting with the doctor, Negan was hooking

The Walking Dead Season 10 “Here’s Negan” Finale Gives the Villain a Chance to Save Lucille

The Walking Dead Season 10 “Here’s Negan” Finale Gives the Villain a Chance to Save Lucille
The Walking Dead season 10 has lasted longer than anyone ever expected. Due to delays in filming season 11 because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the show’s 10th season will go down in history as its longest at 22 episodes in total. With next Sunday’s finale, titled “Here’s Negan,” the season finally goes out with a loud bang.

Based on the comic book storyline of the same name by Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard, “Here’s Negan” plays largely like an origin story for the villain. Those of you who’ve wondered about Negan’s past will get to see a big and vital chunk of it in the finale, which also stars Hilarie Burton as his long-dead wife Lucille who later inspired the villain’s trusty bat. The comic not only explored who Negan was before he became the megalomaniacal leader of the Saviors but also explained just how he
