Sabine Kahwaji (born June 12, 1998) is a Lebanese-Canadian Director, Writer, and Creator whose debut short film, Alitisal (The Call), earned critical acclaim, receiving a 9/10 rating from Collider. The film, inspired by the Lebanese immigrant experience and the 2020 Beirut explosion, is on a global festival and press tour throughout 2025.
In 2023, Sabine became the showrunner for Beyond the Screen TV, a series spotlighting filmmakers and amplifying underrepresented voices. She is also in production on her first feature-length documentary, EPILEPSY, a deeply personal exploration of her journey and the global fight for a cure, slated for release in early 2025.
