Ayushi Anand (born 9 July 1992) is an Indian film director. She made her debut as director with Ishaan Khan's "Teri Behen Se Shaadi" (2020) with Vishal Yoman. Her next films is Kaagaz 2020. Ayushi Anand also runs a film production "Kalpanik Films" with her business partner Vishal Yoman.

Ayushi Anand has worked as an assistant director with many leading directors including Babak Najafi: London Has Fallen (2016),Satish Kaushik: Kaagaz (2020), Poonam Wahi : Lakshya, Remo D'Souza: Holi Mein Rangeele 2020, Padmakumar Narasimhamurthy: Thinkistan, Vikram Singh: Tera Ghata (2020), Gaurav Prem Shri: Crime Patrol, Rajesh Babbar: Chhorriyan Chhoron Se Kam Nahi Hoti.
She has been an associate with Virtual Planet Music since its inception, as she has assisted both Vikram Singh and Gajendra Verma in all their music videos to date.
Early life and education
Anand was born on 9 July 1992 in Gaya, Bihar. She grew up with her two older brothers and parents. Her father, Dr. S.N Arun, is physiotherapist, awarded Bihar's Best physiotherapist and her mother, Sumanti Sinha, is a home-maker. She attend Nazareth high school, an Indian-Catholic missionary school located in Gaya, where she developed an infatuation with English Language. Following Nazareth high school, Anand went on to study at Jaipur at Pearl Academy, where she majored in fashion Design. In order to gain the best education available. Before she became a filmmaker, Anand was originally interested in acting, and at one point she performed plays written by Manto, a Muslim Lady. While she studied at Pearl Academy, Anand became involved in the theatre program.
