Kathryn Everett is an award-winning filmmaker who works at the intersection of politics, philanthropy and film. Kathryn is a co-founder and Head of Film at the premium nonfiction studio XTR and a co-founder of nonfiction streaming platform DOCUMENTARY+. Kathryn's directorial debut GIRLS SECTION, about girls' education in remote northern Pakistan, won both Best Documentary and Best Women's Short at the China International Short Film Festival.
