Kathleen Lancaster was born in Austin, Texas, but her acting career started in Los Angeles and NYC where she performed both on screen and stage for over two decades. Kathleen's credits include Law & Order: SVU, The Closer & When Zachary Beaver Came to Town, which premiered at SXSW and The Tribeca Film Festival. Kathleen studied comedy improv with Donovan Scott in LA. She then taught improv at the Larry Moss Studio and performed at the The Bitter Truth Playhouse with her comedy improv troupe, Masters Of The Obvious. Kathleen regularly performs comedy improv at The Hideout Theatre and Coldtowne Theater in Austin.
Kathleen Lancaster's writing credits include Buttons And The Art Of Marriage, a one-act play that debut in LA at the Larry Moss Studio. She produced a children's program that showcased the storybooks that she wrote and illustrated.
