Phil Brewster
Phil Brewster started his engineering career over 20 years ago. Educated at the old famous Sound Master, he started his career at Sound City Studios, working with artists like The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tom Petty, Taj Mahal, The Deftones, Greta, Kyuss, and many more. Learning as much as possible from veteran engineers and producers such as Rick Rubin and Joe Barresi, Phil moved on to Can-Am Recorders in Tarzana, California. While there, he was given his big break by Death Row Records and was soon working with the 'who's who' of the Rap and R&B genre. He worked extensively with 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Lady Of Rage, Danny Boy, Ice Cube, DJ Quik, just to name a few.

Expanding his knowledge, Phil was offered a position at Magnitude 8 Post, a pioneer in the Anime world. While there Phil was the Chief Engineer for 6 years, working on classic anime titles such as Akira, Ghost In The Shell, Trigun, Armitage, and hundreds other. Towards the end of his tenure Phil recorded talent and sound designed video games such as Castlevania, Ace Combat, Dragon Ball Z, Halo 3, Bioshock Infinate, Resident Evil 5, Final Fantasy to name a few. Video Game engineering has become a career that has turned Phil into one of the most sought after freelance engineers in the game audio industry for studios such as Technicolor, Bang Zoom, AXS TV, Cup Of Tea and countless others.

One thing that is always in Phil's forefront is his love of recording and producing music. From molding young artists to help them bring their music visions to fruition to working with Jason Mraz mixing his latest project. Working within every medium in audio from music, TV, Movies, Games, and Broadcast, Phil Brewster has lived many lives in the ever-evolving industry. Making his motto " Evolve or Die", this is what keeps him working in a day where being a true engineer is a dying art. 2014 Projects: Music: Jason Mraz, Papa Roach, and Stone Sour T.V.: Showdown of The Unbeatables Hungry Investors, and ITV for the BBC Video Games: Conception 2 and Akibas Trip
