Mini Bio (1)
Ramona Edith Williams is a proud Joliet, IL native. She was born to parents Clarence Nathan Williams and Lucia Williams in May of 2012. She has one younger sibling Clarence Noah Williams. Ramona and Noah are very close and you will often see them together. Ramona is named after her two Great-Grandmothers' Edith Reeves and the late Ramona Puente. Ramona participated in her first local pageant August of 2013 where she showed everyone how much she loved the stage. When she was just 2 years old, Ramona self-proclaimed herself Princess Ramona. In her first 4 years Princess Ramona competed in the Illinois Natural Pageants, Cisco and Cisco Productions' Illinois Royalty Charity Pageants, Sunburst Pageants and Pure International Pageants. During this time she modeled for suicide prevention and anti-bullying with Live Out Loud Charity's Annual Chicago Fundraiser Fashion Show in October 2015. In 2016 she became the Pure International Pageants Toddler Miss America and holds an Ambassadorship with C.C.P. Illinois Royalty Charity as Little Miss Joliet. She was also chosen to be a T-Star Brand Ambassador in May 2016. During the same summer of 2016 Williams competed at the ISI World Recreational Championships where she won both a First Place for Showcase and Second Place for Basic Skills. Her showcase performance earned her an invitation to participate in the 2016 ISI Education Foundation Benefit Show held at the Fogerty Ice Arena in Blaine, MN. According to her coach at the time, Lisa Ritchie, this was the first time a skater this young had been invited to perform at an ISI Benefit Showcase. She was also signed to Lily's Talent Agency later that same summer. In the fall of 2016 Princess Ramona began preschool and continued ice skating. Ramona landed the Bright Directions campaign and Swedish American Campaign around the same time during the spring of 2017. Soon after the summer of 2017, Ramona began full-time kindergarten and going to auditions became difficult. Ramona's parents chose not to renew the contract with Lily's and took a break from acting/modeling. It wasn't until Ramona's parents received a call from Lily's Talent saying Ramona had been requested for an audition by name that her contract was renewed for 2018. That audition was for Saint Frances. Ramona filmed most of July 2018 and fell in love with the cast and crew. She especially enjoyed sharing her love of skating with the character. Ramona's still dreams the Olympic dream, but now she wants to make a movie about it! Princess Ramona's other interests include drawing, painting, crafts, dance and gymnastics.
