Mark Battaglia was born in Bolingbrook, Illinois. After high school
graduation he studied film at Columbia College in Chicago, where he
created the program "Teen Talk". The show tackled current teen issues
and was an immediate smash hit, taking home over a half dozen
"Volunteer Video Awards", one of the most prestigious trophies in free
television.
He later created "The Bomb", a live call-in show featuring locals teens. The show quickly developed a cult following, and Battaglia, recently married, handed over to newcomers Sean "Moondog" Mulvihill and Nate "Dawg" Brown.
He has recently completed a short stint as sports director at a local cable TV station.
