Alonzo Van Wilson is a screenwriter, producer, and costume designer who has built convincing characters that exist across a wide range of time, geography, and psychology for some of the most compelling shows on screen.
Alonzo began his career as a personal assistant to Clifford Capone, Costume Designer, who mentored Alonzo through the design ranks on projects at the former Dino De Laurentis DEG Film studios in Alonzo's hometown, Wilmington, NC.
In 2013 Alonzo began Spirit Medicine Productions to raise the percentage of diverse stories brought to the screen. Spirit Medicine Productions is committed to stories that celebrate the human spirit.
