Sabra was born in London to mixed parentage of Russian, Romanian, Guyanese and Carib Indian. She moved to Los Angeles in 2002. She is an accomplished stage and screen actress. She is also an experienced host and hosts Q&As for BAFTA, the WGA and SAG.

She is a founder member of Teatro de Facto and is a proud member of The Actors Gang (A.D. Tim Robbins)where she has played Dorine in Tartuffe and Rosaline in Loves Labours Lost among many others.

Sabra is Director of Outreach at The Actors' Gang and created The Actors' Gang Prison Project.

Daughter of Faynia Williams, sister of Teohna Williams, half-sister of Sam Crane, and step-daughter of Richard Crane.
She was awarded the BEM (Order of the British Empire Medal) in the 2018 Queen's New Years Honours List for her services to the arts and prison reform. She is the Director of The Prison Project and Director of Engagement at The Actors Group in Los Angeles, California.
