The two former Torchwood colleagues will star alongside Matthew Gravelle (Broadchurch) in the radio play, which will be part of Radio 4’s Halloween Fright Night series.
Gravelle plays a British journalist living in Tokyo who investigates the deaths of four teenagers, discovering that they all died after watching the same video tape.
When he watches the tape himself, he must unravel the mystery in the seven days the tape gives him to live.
A new clip from the show over at Radio Times gives a flavour of the horror.
Fright Night: Ring will air on BBC Radio 4 at 11pm on October 31st.
Mori told Digital Spy that she has been approached about playing Tosh again in Big Finish's series of audio dramas.
"I miss Torchwood so much," she admitted. "On Twitter, there's been a lot of fans saying, 'Bring it back!' - and it would be so nice to do something.
"I know there's a radio thing happening and they've talked to me about it as well, so hopefully that'll happen in due course."
It's been seven years since Tosh - and her unrequited love interest Owen (Burn Gorman) - were killed off in the gut-wrenching episode 'Exit Wounds'. But if you're still not over it, don't worry - neither is Naoko.
"Still to this day, just thinking about it makes me feel very sad," she said. "That was a really tough scene.
Only days after the release of Torchwood: The Conspiracy - the John Barrowman-starring debut adventure for the first series of Big Finish’s Torchwood audios – a second series of Big Finish's Torchwood has been announced.
Producer James Goss said this: “Everyone involved’s just had so much fun that we didn’t want to stop […] and Big Finish said, 'It’s okay, you don’t have to.’ We’ve already got the first script in and it’s a delight.”
Co-executive producer Nicholas Briggs added this: “I couldn’t really imagine that the response to our Torchwood series wouldn’t be positive. So I’m very pleased not to have been proved wrong. The series has so many dedicated followers and the audios have been written,
One month after the current series ends, Captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) and his team will return with a new run of six Big Finish stories taking place at different times in the history of Torchwood.
"Everyone involved's just had so much fun that we didn't want to stop," said producer James Goss.
"And Big Finish said, 'It's okay, you don't have to'. We've already got the first script in and it's a delight."
Big Finish executive producer Jason Haigh-Ellery added: "It's wonderful to be able to commit so soon to a second series of Torchwood'.
"This is completely down to the immense support we have received from the fans of the series. We are delighted to be continuing the adventures of Captain Jack and his team!"
Co-executive producer Nicholas Briggs said: "I

They will reprise their roles as husband-and-wife team Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams in the third release of the series.
Torchwood: Forgotten Lives will see the couple plagued by the same alien plot uncovered by Captain Jack (John Barrowman) in the opening story of the series, The Conspiracy.
Torchwood is just a fond memory for the two, but then the phone rings...
"Captain Jack's the poster boy, Ianto's the style, but Eve and Kai are the heart of Torchwood," said producer James Goss.
"Listening to the two of them back together is an utter joy. We pick up their story after Miracle Day. How has life been treating them? It's a delight to find out."
Forgotten Lives is written by Emma Reeves,
Big Finish – the team who have brought us countless Doctor Who audio adventures and several spin-offs – are continuing their Torchwood-themed recruitment drive.
Specifically, they've found a space for Gwen Cooper and Rhys Williams. The loveable couple, described accurately in the press bumf as ‘the heart of Torchwood,’ will return for the third release in Big Finish’s upcoming Torchwood series.
Following in the tradition of bringing back the original cast members (the first story will feature John Barrowman returning as Captain Jack, and the second will star Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto), Big Finish has nabbed Eve Myles and Kai Owen to reprise their roles from the show.
“Listening to the two of them back together is an utter joy,” says producer James Goss. “We pick up their story after Miracle Day.
Leicester City extended their lead at the top of the Championship with a home win over Middlesbrough in very wet conditions thanks to goals from Jamie Vardy and Richie De Laet in the second half.
The Foxes were forced to make an early change following a collision between Liam Moore and the Middlesbrough goalpost as he tried to follow in Anthony Knockaert’s swinging free kick. He was taken off minutes later with a possible rib injury and was replaced by Marcin Wasilewski after just 9 minutes on the clock.
The torrential downpour played a major part of the game in the first half as the heavens well and truly opened up minutes before kickoff, and throughout the rest of the half. Both sides were unable to play their usual style of football due to the slippery surface and the scores remained 0-0 at the break.
The corresponding matches yielded eleven goals last term; Blackpool winning 4-1 at Bloomfield Road and Middlesbrough running out 4-2 winners in last season’s Boxing Day fixture.
Grant Leadbitter looks likely to play for the Teessiders after recovering from an knock picked up in his side’s win over Charlton last week. But Jason Steele faces a late fitness test after picking up an ankle injury in the same fixture, however Boro have signed veteran stopper Dimi Konstantopolous who is set to deputise should Steele be ruled out.
Tom Ince is serving the second game of his three match ban for the visitors. The manager’s son picked up the suspension for inappropriate behaviour in Blackpool’s Capitol One Cup defeat at Preston.
The two teams were inseparable last season,
Lukas Jutkiewicz’s ninth minute strike was cancelled out by Marcus Carver just before half time.
Piero Mingoia sealed the cupset in the 79th minute. But Boro will be frustrated by the amount of chances they wasted as they were the only side who looked like winning for the first 80 minutes.
The Teessiders were playing their first home game in the League Cup since they beat Yeovil 5-1 back in 2008. A run that has seen them clock up in excess of 3,500 midweek miles.
Their opponents Stanley were looking to avoid going out in the 1st round for the second year running.
It was the first time these two teams had met in any fixture and it was Stanley who came out on top in a very one sided game.
The Boro Boss kept with the same starting eleven that saw his side stroll to a 2-1 friendly win over French Cup winners Bordeaux.
The game saw Middlesbrough’s new acquisitions Dean Whitehead and Jozsef Varga make their full league debuts.
The Teessiders started the brighter; Lukas Jutkiewicz latching onto a Grant Leadbitter flick on. But the former Everton trainee dragged his shot wide of Kasper Schmeichel’s far post.
The Boro continued to dominate, Leadbitter finding Jutkiewicz once again, lurking on the edge of the six yard box. However his shot was once again no trouble for the Leicester keeper.
Jonathan Woodgate almost doubled his goal tally for Boro, his header from a Mustapha Carayol cross went agonisingly over the crossbar.
Leicester boss Nigel Pearson started ushering his players forward,
