His father and mother were originally with the Carl Rosa Opera Company with whom Watson toured later with his sister. He played the 'Cello and his sister the Harp, he also had a Soprano voice. Amongst many famous variety club names that they toured with were Charles Chaplin, Wilkie Bard, Marie Lloyd and Sir Harry Lauder. See more »
