Did You Know?
In theatre an actor can play a most moving scene while thinking of his laundry list, but if you do that in a cinema close-up, what will photograph is 'laundry list.'
He was cast in Dance Hall (1950) but was dropped after the first couple of scenes as he didn't come across as an over bearing character which was what was wanted. He did a conversation scene with Donald Houston and Natasha Parry grouped together. He was replaced by Bonar Colleno.
