On Monday, former 50 Cent protégé Young Buck pleaded not guilty to federal felony gun possession charges in a Nashville court.

The rapper's home was raided in August 2010 by Internal Revenue Service agents for $300,000 in unpaid taxes. During the raid, officials alleged they discovered a .40-caliber pistol and ammunition belonging to Young Buck, according to local NBC affiliate Wsmv. The indictment in the case had been sealed until Monday.

As a previously convicted felon (for stabbing a man at the Vibe Awards in 2004), he is not allowed to possess a gun and could face up to 10 years in prison if found guilty. The onetime G-Unit star (real name: David Brown), appeared in court before a judge in handcuffs and pleaded not-guilty. He was released on a $100,000 bond.

Calling his four children with wife Heidi Klum “fantastic,” singer-songwriter Seal nonetheless says the couple won’t be expanding their brood.

“No more,” he tells Reuters. “It’s a handful.”

The effect of fatherhood can be felt on his new album 6: Commitment.

“There’s a chapter in [the song 'Secrets'] that is directly related to our first child, [6-year-old] Leni,” he reveals.

“If you listen to it, you’ll know which one it is. But I try not to be too specific because it takes away the ability for people to relate and make it their own.”

If Wesley Snipes' recent jail sentence for tax evasion wasn't warning enough not to mess with Uncle Sam, then celebs can also learn from Young Buck's run-in Tuesday (August 3) with the IRS — at gunpoint.

While Buck's lawyers filed a motion last month to protect his assets, the former G-Unit Mc's house was raided Tuesday by the United States Internal Revenue Service for $300,000 in unpaid taxes. Ultimately, the rapper was allowed to keep his home and his car; however, many of the items inside were seized.

"The worst part of this isn't the material stuff — that will all be replaced," Buck said in a statement. "It's what it does to the people around me. They took my kids' PlayStation, my assistants' computers, and baby's mothers' jewelry. They took my home studio so I can't even record.

Two days before "Sex and the City 2" hits theaters on May 27, fans of the HBO franchise can pick up the movie's soundtrack to get pumped up for the NYC foursome's return.

As if having a number of A-list artists on the soundtrack weren't enough to get fans dancing in their Manolos, it turns out that the stars of the flick — Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon — also appear on the soundtrack, performing the Helen Reddy female-empowerment tune "I Am Woman."

Other songs on the album include a duet between Jennifer Hudson and Leona Lewis called "Love Is Your Color"; Hudson appeared in the first flick as Carrie's assistant, but it's not known whether she'll return for the sequel. Additionally, Alicia Keys

What ex-Idol would you see on Broadway?

What ex-Idol would you see on Broadway?
Another day, another American Idol alum performs on the Great White Way. It was announced today that Ace Young and Diana DeGarmo will star in Hair on Broadway beginning March 9. And the two former reality show stars are certainly familiar with being on stage -- Young starred in the Broadway production of Grease, while DeGarmo headlined Hairspray. But they aren't the only ones. It's no secret that Broadway has become the ultimate destination for most ex-Idols who couldn't quite find their footing in the recording industry. First we had Frenchie Davis in Rent. Then Fantasia starred in The Color Purple.

Lady Gaga opened the Grammy Awards with a show-stopping medley of her song "Speechless" and the Grammy-winning "Poker Face." The performance only got wackier when she was joined by Elton John at the keys for a rendition of his classic tune "Your Song." The moment was capped off by her buzzworthy fashion choices and her two Grammy wins, for Best Dance Recording for "Poker Face" and Best Electronic/ Dance Album for The Fame.

Akon, the man who helped put Gaga on the map by signing her to his Kon Live Distribution label, said that seeing her achieve so much in such a short period of time has been incredibly fulfilling.

Jermaine Dupri has been DJing for decades, but over the past few years, he's decided to go public with his love for the turntables. His '80s vs. '90s DJ battles at Atlanta club Studio 72 always have the crowd moving, and for the past several months, party promoters have been booking Jd to keep their dance floors packed.

"DJing, I'm really trying to make people understand what I actually do," Dupri said last week via phone from Atlanta. "I don't think people take DJing seriously, like how they take a drummer seriously or playing guitar seriously. When you see Lil Wayne with the guitar, he's really one to play guitar. He plays it, and he's getting better and better. He really wants everyone to know he plays guitar.

Omarion has finally found the perfect balance between family, friends and work — his mother even appears in the video for his new single, "Hoodie." His third solo LP, Ollusion, is now in stores, and after false starts with Timbaland's Mosely Music Group and Lil Wayne's Young Money, O is independent — the album came out on his own Starworld Entertainment imprint.

"The title derived from the word illusion," he explained to MTV News. "The thing about Omarion and my history, because I've been in the game so long, sometimes I feel I could be typecast. That's why I decided to change my appearance and things like that. You always hear rumors of me — I've got a girl pregnant. I've married a stripper and she's bisexual.

What would "American Idol" be like without Simon Cowell?

Well, viewers might find out far sooner than they'd like, with Cowell's brother Tony saying last month that Simon will leave "Idol" after this season to focus on the U.S. version of "The X Factor." New judge Ellen DeGeneres, for her part, resisted the move, telling Entertainment Weekly, "If Simon goes, I go! I will not be there without Simon."

Original judge Randy Jackson, however, isn't making any promises until he is positive Cowell is on his way out the door.

"Until I really hear it from him, I'm not going to believe any rumors or believe anything," Jackson said when we caught up with him Friday. "There's so many rumors and speculation about everything going on.

The world will get its first glimpse of Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson's nearly 2-month-old son, David Jr., in an upcoming issue of People magazine. After keeping her pregnancy a virtual secret over the past year, the R&B opens up for the cover story, discussing her joy at being a mom and revealing that the little one is already taking after his dad.

For fans of reality TV, it might be hard to imagine an infant taking after David Otunga, who's built quite an interesting resume in his 29 years.

The singer's fiancé, a Harvard Law graduate, first came to prominence when he appeared as "Punk" on VH1's "I Love New York 2," where he vied for the affections of "Flavor of Love

First, the Game attempts to make nice with 50 Cent and G-Unit, apologizing to estranged former crew recently for his behavior. Now, is fellow former G-Unit member Young Buck getting in on the act?

Not quite. But the Tennessee rap titan, who was ejected from G-Unit last year, is making amends. In a video interview that circulated online over the weekend, Buck said he's set to refocus on his music career, and his reemergence won't include any barbs at his old boss.

In fact, like the Game, Buck thanked 50 for giving him his big break.
