Sujatha was born on 3 May 1935 in Triplicane, Madras Presidency, British India. He was a writer and producer, known for Enthiran (2010), Dil Se.. (1998) and Guru (2007). He died on 27 February 2008 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
