Robin Stewart was born on October 9, 1946 in Calcutta, India. He was an actor, known for The Timeless Land (1980), Bless This House (1971) and Softly Softly (1966). He was married to Roberta Daler and Fiona Partridge. He died on November 22, 2015 in the UK.

Was sent to Neil Landour's Progressive Management who also represented Jane Asher. Robin and Jane were child protégées.
A Czechoslovakian immigrant to the UK. His father could not return to Czechoslovakia owing to political reasons.
While he played Mike Abbott in all the television series of 'Bless This House' he was unable to do the film as he was contracted for a Summer Season production so was replaced by Robin Askwith.
He had an affair with his future wife, Roberta "Bertie" Daler, 40 years before they got married. At that time, she was married and did not want to leave her husband. She had a daughter by Robin who was raised as Bertie's husband's own child and only learned who her biological father was at the time of Robin and Bertie's marriage in 2012.
