Award-winning filmmaker Aaron Shuster created and produced the critically acclaimed international hit film, "The Bank Job," starring Jason Statham which earned over $70 million worldwide. He is currently producing its follow up, "Getting Even," from his own screenplay with Simon West directing.
Shuster is also producing and directing Jack London's "Into a Far County" from his adapted screenplay of London's classic adventure/horror story slated for late 2025.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Aaron Shuster fell in love with movie-making at a young age, having written, produced and directed his first short film at ten years of age. Since then, he went on to produce, write and direct a number of award-winning shorts. His first feature film, "Pictures at the Beach," premiered at the Montreal World Film Festival and won best first feature, as well as a best picture award at the Canadian Film Celebration. The film was widely sold across the world.
Shuster also produced and directed the hit comical one-man show, "Straight and Narrow." which played on CBC's "Performance" and won a Genie Award. He produced, wrote and directed the short film "Sandor" which appeared at the Montreal World Film Festival. He went on to produce and direct "Baraba" which garnered numerous international awards.
Shuster has directed episodic television shows including "Psi Factor," as well as over one hundred commercials and music videos. He also played pivotal roles in several films, including "Winter's Tale," starring Colin Farrell, Russell Crowe, and Jennifer Connelly.
