Tarô Shigaki was born on 22 September 1951 in San'no, Ota, Tokyo, Japan. He was an actor, known for The Little Mermaid (1975), Swan Lake (1981) and Lady Oscar: The Rose of Versailles (1979). He was married to Noriko Shirasaka. He died on 5 March 2022 in Saga Prefecture, Japan.
