Emilio Salgari(1862-1911)

Emilio Salgari was born on 21 August 1862 in Verona, Austrian Empire [now Verona, Veneto, Italy]. He was a writer, known for I misteri della giungla nera (1954), Cartagine in fiamme (1960) and El corsario negro (1944). He was married to Ida Peruzzi. He died on 25 April 1911 in Turin, Piedmont, Italy.
