Men in Black Reboot Reunites Thor Stars Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth

Less than a month after Sony's Men in Black 4 brought on Chris Hemsworth to star, the studio has found a familiar co-star for their leading man. Actress Tessa Thompson, who recently starred alongside Hemsworth in the Marvel Cinematic Universe adventure Thor: Ragnarok, has come aboard as the female lead. This new report adds that Chris Hemsworth's deal is still not closed yet, but it's expected to be finalized soon.

Unfortunately, no details were given for either Chris Hemsworth or Tessa Thompson's characters yet, but this project is said to be more of an ensemble piece than a "two-hander," with the story also expected to be more global in scope. Previous reports claimed that the story would be set in London, but that has yet to be confirmed by the studio at this time. Way back in 2015, producer Laurie MacDonald stated that the new Men in Black movie would center

Vivica A. Fox Remembers How Uma Thurman Helped Her Survive Tarantino’s Grueling ‘Kill Bill’ Training

Vivica A. Fox Remembers How Uma Thurman Helped Her Survive Tarantino’s Grueling ‘Kill Bill’ Training
Quentin Tarantino fans know Vivica A. Fox as the assassin Vernita Green who goes head-to-head with Uma Thurma’s Bride in a bloody smackdown in Green’s suburban home. Fox’s scene opens “Kill Bill” with a bang, and the actress looks back on the making of the martial arts epic in her new book, “Every Day I’m Hustling.” Time has released an excerpt from the memoir in which Fox gets brutally honest about auditioning for Tarantino.

Before Fox was even able to properly audition, she had to meet Tarantino first to see if he liked her. The two had a 15 minute interview at a coffee shop where Tarantino said he first realized Fox could be Vernita Green after he saw her on the DVD cover of “Two Can Play That Game.”

“Quentin loves telling stories, and if he likes you, oh, he is going to talk,” Fox remembers of their first meeting.

Black Superheroes Matter: Why a 'Black Panther' Movie Is Revolutionary

Standing in the bay of a speeding Wakandan jet, a member of the African nation's special forces unit – the Dora Milaje – advises their king, T'Challa: "Don't freeze." Calmly, the leader replies "I never freeze." He's assured, regal, radiating a near subzero-temperature sense of cool. And then, donning the mask of the legendary superhero known as the Black Panther, he torpedo-drops from the sky. A car explodes beneath him.
