In a bold and fresh move, tonight’s This is Us episode “Vietnam” focused entirely on one backstory: the historical brotherly love between Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Nicky (Michael Angarano)–a relationship fans have been desperate to explore since we first learned of Nicky’s existence, and his mysterious death, last season.

In this episode we finally see some hint of what might befall Nicky and something of Jack’s role in the war. Nicky’s been issued an Article 15, meaning he’s been cited as a danger to himself and those around him, and this begs the question, will he ultimately do something tragically self-sabotaging?

Speaking to Deadline last week following a press preview screening of the episode, Angarano said of Nicky’s impending death, “I think it’ll be a little bit

Pierce Brosnan endorses Idris Elba for James Bond

Back during the Sony hack, it was revealed that former studio chairman Amy Pascal was keen on having Idris Elba (Luther, Thor: The Dark World) take on the role of super spy James Bond when Daniel Craig decides it’s time to retire his license to kill, and now Elba has received the seal of approval from former 007 Pierce Brosnan.

“Yeah, [Elba] would make a good Bond,” Brosnan told the Radio Times. “Colin Salmon also. May the best man get the job and may Daniel bring home the bacon for as long as he wants.”

Rush Limbaugh says “African-English” actor Idris Elba can’t be James Bond
Update - February 18, 2015. Even Pierce Brosnan thinks Idris Elba could be the next actor to play James Bond. During an interview with RadioTimes about an art special, talk inevitably turned to 007. When asked directly if he thought Elba would make a good Bond, Brosnan was succinct. “Yeah, he would actually.” He then added, “Colin Salmon also.” Salmon played Charles Robinson, MI6 Chief of Staff, opposite of Brosnan in “The World is Not Enough,” “Tomorrow Never Dies,” and “Die Another Day.” If Sony wanted to explore the option that 007 is a code name, Salmon would be an ideal candidate. When James Bond dismisses the idea that James Bond must always be white, who are you to argue? Here’s the original article: Rush Limbaugh is a Good Old Boy™*. It is known. He has carved out quite the niche for himself over the years by appealing to like-minded people who long

Hollywood! Adapt This: Night Court

Full disclosure: I spent the better part of last Thursday night attending night court for a traffic violation.  As you might have expected, the experience was an efficient, competent, and streamlined process (right).  New technology has been introduced (such as a defendant attempting to use a digital receipt on his cellphone as a means of an alibi), but the court system doesn't appear to have changed much fundamentally in the last thirty years.  Why did I choose thirty years?  Because 1984 featured the debut of the long-running court comedy that's the focus of today's article.  Hit the jump for more.  Hollywood!  Adapt this: Night Court. What It's About: Airing on NBC after Cheers in the mid-80s, Night Court was a half-hour comedy that centered on the night-shift staff of a Manhattan court.  Created by Reinhold Weege, the sitcom starred Harry Anderson as the quirky, amateur comedian/magician, Judge Harold T.
