Chris Roberts was born on March 13, 1946 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany as Christian Klusácek. He was an actor, known for Wenn die tollen Tanten kommen (1970), Unsere Pauker gehen in die Luft (1970) and Wenn jeder Tag ein Sonntag wär (1973). He was married to Claudia Roberts. He died on July 2, 2017 in Berlin, Germany.

One of the most successful German singers in the early 1970s with hits such as "Hab Sonne im Herzen" (1972), "Du kannst nicht immer 17 sein" (1974) or "Do You Speak English" (1976).
He was also a songwriter and producer.
Often performed on stage with his wife Claudia.
Roberts represented Luxembourg as a part of a sextet in the Eurovision Song Contest 1985 in which they sang "Children, Kinder, Enfants". They got 37 points and came 13th place overall.
The first two singles Baby's gone and Welchen Weg soll ich gehen (One more mountain to climb) were released with his artist name Chris Robert (without -s).
