Isen Robbins is a film producer and executive with over twenty years of industry experience. As the co-founder of Intrinsic Value Films with Aimee Schoof, he has produced over 40 features that have received global distribution and numerous awards. His work has been showcased at major festivals such as Sundance, Berlin, Toronto, and Venice, with ten films premiering at Sundance. He has received three Sloan Sundance Awards, a Sundance Special Grand Jury Prize, and many Gotham and Independent Spirit Award nominations.
His diverse filmography includes the compelling drama "5lbs of Pressure" (2024), starring Luke Evans, Alex Pettyfer, and Rory Culkin, released by Lionsgate; the visionary biopic "Tesla" (2020) featuring Ethan Hawke and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, released by IFC/Millenium; the mind-bending "Experimenter" (2015) with Peter Sarsgaard and Winona Ryder, released by Magnolia Pictures; and the hauntingly intense "Blue Caprice" (2013), starring Isaiah Washington and Tim Blake Nelson, released by IFC/Sundance Selects. Isen has a background in sales and often lectures on film production and finance. Early in his career, he gained experience as a production designer and educator in film theory and history, in which he holds a Master's Degree. He is a Sundance and Film Independent fellow.
