Angélica Rivera was born on August 2, 1970 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico as Angélica Rivera Hurtado. She is an actress, known for Destilando amor (2007), Dulce desafío (1988) and Sin pecado concebido (2001). She has been married to Enrique Peña Nieto since November 27, 2010. She was previously married to José Alberto Castro.

Was married to Jose Alberto Castro, brother of Mexican artist Veronica Castro.
Sings the song "Para Llegar" on the Alcanzar una Estrella II spinoff CD "Muñecos de Papel". She also sang an unreleased song called "Nada es Tan Fácil".
Has two daughters with husband José Alberto Castro - Angelica Sofia, born in 1996 and Fernanda, born in 1999.
